Fall Vendors Event

Please complete the form below, and submit your payment below.

Space will be granted in the order your vendor registration form and payment is received.

You will receive an email receipt .

There will be one table and two chairs proved for each vendor.

Vendors should register for vendor space by October 10,2019.

You will not be added to the vendors list until application is accepted and payment of $30.00 has been fulfilled.

  1. The events policy of maintaining a drug-free environment at all workplaces .

  2. Respect each vendor’s space.

  3. Provide excellent customer service to all.

  4. All vendors must keep their space neat and clean.

  5. Be sure that you are available to come out on the date of  October 12, 2019 to occupy your space because is a no refund policy once agreement is made and space is reserved.

 

  1. Vendors should arrive at 12:00 pm (this will give you an hour to set up), expect to leave the building by 6:00pm as we will shut down the event at 5:00pm (giving 1 hour to pack up)

  2. Please keep in mind that this event is also “faith based” so there will be no profanity, or outlandish behavior tolerated, as this will be a business setting and there will be children around.

  3. Please do not smoke on the premises . (no tolerance)
